Elevating
under-resourced youth
with
coaching
that turns
goals into opportunities

We help youth master their Time, Attention, Motivation, and Energy, so they can find direction and unlock opportunity.

Who we serve?

Youth 17–24:
The
Emerging Pathfinder

Who they are

A young person standing at the threshold of adulthood, often juggling the uncertainty of school completion, early work, or the dream of higher education. They may feel directionless at times, but have a strong desire to find their path.

What they need

Guidance to transition smoothly into adulthood, exposure to opportunities they haven’t yet accessed, and the life skills to make consistent progress.

Mindset

Curious, hopeful, but sometimes overwhelmed by choice or limited by circumstance.

Coaching focus

Helping them master the basics of TAME, structuring Time, sharpening Attention, fuelling Motivation, and managing Energy. With these tools, they begin to break cycles, see new possibilities, and build belief in their ability to succeed.

Ideal outcome

They walk away with clarity, discipline, and the confidence to pursue jobs, education, or entrepreneurial opportunities with consistency.

Youth 25–30:
The Rising Builder

Who they are

A young adult already engaged in work, study, or family life, now seeking to grow into independence and leadership. They are often balancing multiple responsibilities, career, finances, relationships, or caregiving, and want to scale their impact.

What they need

Support to sustain their drive, avoid burnout, and align their TAME resources with bigger goals, from advancing in their career to uplifting their families and communities.

Mindset

Ambitious and committed, but sometimes stretched thin by competing demands. They already know the cost of inconsistency and want to strengthen discipline for long-term growth.

Coaching focus

Helping them refine and sustain TAME skills to multiply impact through leadership, community influence, and mentoring others.

Ideal outcome

They leave with stronger resilience, scalable routines, and the ability to step into roles of independence and influence while staying aligned with their values.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

12 weeks of weekly sessions.

We explore solutions, but you need minimum WhatsApp / Google Meet access.

Yes, for your reflection and our coaching review.

Youth, ages 17 to 30, with limited access to work, income and resources, motivated to grow.

How to join?

Commitment & Access

We want every youth who joins to succeed. That means being clear about what it takes to make the most of the programme:

Your TAME

Your Time, Attention, Motivation and Energy will be needed for you to attend 1 coaching session of 30 to 60 minutes per week for 12 weeks.

Your Commitment

Show up ready to learn and apply what you discover. Missing more than 2 sessions in 3 months means we can’t continue support so that others get the chance too.

Your Connection

You’ll need access to WhatsApp and Google Meet with some data each week. If that feels tough, let us know and we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

Your Respect

Coaching only works when it’s safe. That means keeping everything shared in sessions confidential and respectful.

" This isn’t school. It’s not about grades. It’s about giving you tools for life, and that only works when you commit. "

The ideal partner: the Door-Opener

Who they are

A school, youth-focused NPO, community centre, government youth desk, or corporate sponsor invested in youth development.

What they need

A credible, structured coaching system that can be integrated into their existing programmes or CSR initiatives.

Mindset

Committed to creating pathways for youth but often lacking a tested framework that builds belief and discipline consistently.

Partnership focus

Delivering TAME coaching to their youth networks, co-branding programmes, or sponsoring access for cohorts.

Ideal outcome

They see measurable improvement in youth engagement, discipline, and opportunity-seeking behaviours, while strengthening their own impact mission.

Policy statement

What if spaces are full?

We currently have limited spaces in each coaching cycle to ensure every participant gets quality support. If applications exceed capacity:

We believe fairness matters. That’s why youth on the waitlist will always be first in line when new spaces open.
